Clear terms. No surprises.
The essentials of how bookings, deposits and cancellations work with Signature Miles.
Deposits & Payment
- A 25% deposit secures standard transfers; the balance is due 24 hours before travel.
- Weddings, event days and multiday hire require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- We accept bank transfer and all major debit and credit cards. Card payments incur no surcharge.
- All fares are quoted in full before booking and include tolls, congestion charges and standard waiting time.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund, including the deposit.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the total fare is payable.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show: the full fare is payable.
- Weddings, event days and multiday hire: deposits become non-refundable 14 days before the engagement.
- If we must cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking — your choice.
Waiting Time & Amendments
- Airport collections include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from actual flight arrival; all other pickups include 15 minutes.
- Additional waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate.
- Route or time amendments are free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
- Flight delays never incur waiting charges — collections are adjusted automatically.
In-Vehicle Conduct
- All vehicles are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.
- Food is by prior arrangement; complimentary bottled water is always provided.
- Child seats are available on request at no extra charge — please advise ages at booking.
- Damage or soiling requiring professional valeting is charged at cost.
Liability & Insurance
- All vehicles carry full private-hire insurance, and all chauffeurs are licensed and background-checked.
- Luggage is carried at the owner’s risk; we recommend valuables remain with you.
- We are not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, security incidents), though we will always take the best available route.
- Property found in a vehicle is logged and held securely for collection.
